CAT803STBI-GT3 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. As a reference, this IC power includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your convenience. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Open Drain or Open Collector.
