With a 32-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. 3 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.3V~20V. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating. The switching controller can be switched at 250kHz~800kHz.
