LM385BZ-2.5RAG Overview
A handy TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Voltage reference with ±1.5% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 3 pins on the voltage reference ic.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Through Hole is available.I am qualified to work within 0°C~70°C TA.Applications with 20mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.Its cathode current should generally be 30μA.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 2.5V.
