2SC5101 Product Details
2SC5101 Overview
As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 50 @ 3A 4V.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 20MHz.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 10A volts.
2SC5101 Features
the DC current gain for this device is 50 @ 3A 4V the vce saturation(Max) is 500mV @ 500mA, 5A a transition frequency of 20MHz
2SC5101 Applications
There are a lot of Sanken 2SC5101 applications of single BJT transistors.
