Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits.
