A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. A Clock PLL is included with the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input.
