SI5332DD09633-GM3R Overview

The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator.
