As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels.
