As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. There is a maximum voltage of 1.89V for this clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
