Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator.
