Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied.
