This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator.
