As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
