Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. Clock PLL synthesi200MHzes a high-quality 200MHz clock output frequency. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction.
