This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. 44 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards.
