As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. The frequency generator has a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature to improve the output of clock signals.
