The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY is included in this frequency generator to enhance clock signal output.
