The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V.
