This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Approximately 1.98V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs.
