SI5395D-A11050-GMR Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflowing. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
