Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
