As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
