As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. The clock generator ic can synthesi350MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES WITH 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for improved clock signal output.
