As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
