It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. Incorporating CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs, this RF synthesizer features CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
