As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. This clock-generating clock generator ic is able to synthesi350MHze high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
