Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations.
