SI5335C-B05352-GMR Overview

As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.98V. Unless the ambient temperature is greater than -40°C, this clock PLL may not start. ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY can also be founded when using frequency generators.
