Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Overheating of the frequency generators may cause dangers once it is set to more than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
