The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. The clock generator ic can synthesi200MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
