The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power.
