SI5335D-B04424-GMR Overview

As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file.
