Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. The uPs/uCs/Peripheral IC clock generator incoporates is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz can be produced. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C. This frequency synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY to produce better clock signals.
