As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad contains this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.98V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. After the operating temperature of the frequency generators reaches 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generator, you can generate a high-quality clock output frequency of 200MHz. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
