Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package contains this clock generator. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There is a maximum voltage of 1.98V for this clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator.
