SI5335D-B06723-GM Overview

Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 24 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
