As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C.
