As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The maximum voltage this clock PLL can handle is 1.89V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 1.71V for safety considerations. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
