It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. There is a maximum voltage of 1.89V for this clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. It may cause ha85°Cards once the operating temperature for the device is set in excess of 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
