SI5341B-D11031-GMR Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Clock PLL is embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal.
