The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage.
