In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. 44 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. With this clock-generating device, 712.5MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
