The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C.
