Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C.
