The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C.
