As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. In it, there are 64 terminations to be found. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. With this clock-generating device, 350MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
