This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V. The digital clock generator incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start.
