Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As a result of this, we can find 64 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage.
