This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 1.89V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 1.71V is recommended for safety reasons. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards.
