Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V NOM for better clock signal output.
